New premium system was added

Premium User benefits:
 - add  server without needing the approval
 - edit  server without needing the approval
 - add image to your server
 - server will appear in FEATURED SERVER section
 - servers added will be premium servers
 - update your existing server to premium server
 - can view profile summary and stats to all members
 - can see hidden topics

  Payment methods:
  Paypal
  Paysafecard

To become a Premium User you should follow these 3 steps:
1st: Click Here or go to PROFILE buton
2st: Then Click Paid Subscriptions from Modify Profile section
3st: Finaly choose your Subscription and complet the payment
 

Premium status will be added instantly if you pay by paypal payment method.
For now we have the following premium periods:

Premium User 1 month	Duration: 1 Months	Cost: €10.00
Premium User 2 months	Duration: 2 Months	Cost: €19.00
Premium User 3 months	Duration: 3 Months	Cost: €27.00
Premium User 4 months	Duration: 4 Months	Cost: €35.00
