I had the same problem, on the same OS and I fixed it easy. I'm 80% sure that you've downloaded and installed the latest version of Java (7) Delete all Java installations via Start => Control Panel => Programs and Features, and then download and install this Java (6 update 29) on your personal computer, and restart it. Now it should works! Enjoy!

NOTE*: Don't forget to chose the correct version of java for your OS...

 you need java 6 :) the normal java not " kava developement kid" and this sh1t! :)
just java 6!!
