If you can see, all the server-adds have been locked.
As for a) you can edit posts, but you must pm a moderator/admin to unlock the topic and lock it again when you have finished editing your post.
b) and c) will be reported to admin!
Why though is my point? That's stupid. Servers change information all the time. We change hardware, we change rates etc. We SHOULD be allowed to edit our post with information. It's easier than having to pm a moderator or admin, wait for the thread to be unlocked. Get in when said thread is unlocked, then have you relock it. It's just easier to go into the admin area, turn off replies and allow for edits. o_O Then theres no reason to lock it because no one can reply to it anyways ^^
And telling me option b and c would be reported to an admin is pretty futile since users can't delete their own threads as is nor bypass a locked post o_O
Actually to even go further why lock things in the off topic chat? It's off topic so there isn't any real reason to lock them o_O
