[Guide]How To Make Fast A GM Char

Well if you see the title  :P you will understand that topic is how to make a gm char so fast.... ( i hate to login to l2 to create char,relog from l2,go to navicat,go search "characters" list,line with access lvl" and again "login" "relog" pff)
So i decided to make a good guide....
*Go to login server
*Open startSQLAccountManager.bat.
*Create a new account
*Add it access 100 or 200
Thats it

lol.. xaxa..you can make //changelvl 100.. its the same and not tired.. :S
