AnyOne Can help Me Because i Habe problem With Me Server

First Problem
1)I have a problem with me server when I die a player can not go To Village

Second Problem
2)On the server I've put Hero Wepons With Grow and The Normal Player can not wear them

plz AnyOne Can Help me

1. Go to the file called 'respawn' in java config and allow to go To Village after death. If you don't have SVN - change package.
2. Go to MySQL database and delete requirements to be a hero to wear those weapons.
