l2 server question

rite im new to all this l2 server making and i am wondering what wud be the best server to start with(creating wise) i have the epilogue files but it seems to complicated especially as there isnt ne custom npcs or buffers around. wud like to make a server that has vesper items aswell .. any information is very much apprieciated
