 hello i think you have a wrong protocol or bad client  you need check if you have the  good client or you need get  the client again ( but try get the good client )

check your version and see if its L2jfree/frozen or L2J and go to them and  download the packets ... me i don't have man sorry
but you can get some link in  section " L2 Java Projects"  here in L2Topzone some guys post a few  more one time sorry if i can give all help you need :(

hello about gameguard... from along time ago he give problems but you have a solution " DISABLE "  and never you get problems with him

i think you need get gameguard disabler from internet. search google. and, maybe disable from l2j server config as well.

the gg error say the gg uptodate canceled check you internet status or your firewall

 after you   make what i said in last post you cant update your client directly from NCsoft or you get that error ... if you want make the update you need   make first  update and  make what i said  about game guard

the problem is not from any client, set corectly ur server file and ipconfig xml post ur these two files and we will help u :)
