Problem With Items

I dont know if i post in good section but sorry.
I got a problem.I add Some Custom Items on my server...epic armor and epic weapons.
I add all files good.Run Sql in navicat too..but on server dont see items...i try to spawn an weapon...say that i spawn it in my inventory but isnt there...if i try to add in a shop with adena...say that i add epic bow etc...but dont see on shop...
I add client files too...someone can help me plz?
