Developer looking for team

Hi, i am developer for 5 years and i dont have a server where to be a developer
i am 24 years old and i try to find a team with a nice server where to work.
i was developer on l2 w00t and thegame and other servers

i w8 for sugestions ;D  i offer hosting on critical times when machine down or hoster have problems 10 gb ram 4 server who will take me
