Do not delete your server to add a new one, read add server rules and will gone find the answer for your question.

Try to not spam from your all users you have made on l2topzone.com (   PjStronghold, 1Baws1, Lineage 2 Flogger, Lineage 2 Virus). And like you have read in l2topzone.com add server rules only premium users do not need admin approval.
