MySql error 1130

Hey guyz, it has been a while since i posted anything , but i need your guyz help, its the first time i got 1130 error on mysql, i do not know what happened , i looked all over the internet or nothing , so i post my problem here

I am not sure but i think that this comes from the mysql connection. make sure that you have install your databse correctly. If it's possible please write here what exactly you do before you get this error and if you have changed something.

i fixed it,
what you have to do is , remove instance, then delete mysql from your computer  ( even folders, such as in program files and document and settings you should find mysql folder too. Secondly go to regedit and go to find and type in mysql, and delete all the keys that have mysql name in it. Finally restart your pc and there you go fixed . Same goes to every error that is to do with mysql, and navicat

Well, for me simply uninstall and install again is enough, but.. :D
