Soulshots and spiritshots are consumables that dramatically boost the damage of a single attack or spell. If you are farming without them, you are wasting time — the faster kills more than pay for the shots.
The three types
- Soulshots (SS) — boost physical attack damage. For fighters, archers, daggers.
- Spiritshots (SPS) — boost magic damage. For nukers and healers' offensive casts.
- Blessed Spiritshots (BSS) — a stronger spiritshot; the standard for serious mages.
Matching grades
Shots come in grades (No-Grade, D, C, B, A, S). They must match your weapon's grade — a B-grade weapon uses B-grade shots. Using the wrong grade won't work.
How to use them
- Right-click the shot or enable auto-use so it fires with every hit/cast.
- Keep a big stock — you burn through them fast while farming.
- Dwarves can craft them, and they are a reliable thing to sell (see the adena guide).
