Hello guys listen i have some problem i go to L2Rise of the darkness server and i try to vote but nothing its bring me back to main page why?

look i go to the site i click on the icon of Vote and it automatic bring me back to topzone main page and in other site i can write word then vote but in this server i cant why?i think u have problem idk...please fix it...
