this is the problem i play on a server and i am arguing with gm about drop:
it goes like this on every server i played i give to npc any of the 4 npc that use the quest.. i give them 100 scrols they give me 100 random reciped glove boot helm
and i serch on website for rates and
http://www.lineage2media.com/quests%20drop%20rates.html it say that recipes has a chande of 11% and designs have 10% chance so in logic recipes have always cahnce of drop
and even the npc in his quest description say he will give me a dark crysta recipe for all my collection of scrols
but no the gm complitly removed recipes from drop and made design chance 30% and say that that is how is normal since C3 he read some where that that is how it must be
pls vote and coment to show him how wrong he is
