ADD SERVER ! PROBLEM !

I have add approximately 5 month ago one server with ip 95.65.63.90 ..... but my server was closed .... and now when i try to add again on TOPZONE my server with IP 95.65.63.90 i can't add it again becouse it says that my ip is already in use ..... what can i do now ? how to add my server again on topzone ?

Make a new server Ip and try again with new Ip to add the server Here !
