LF low rate server Hi5 in Beta or about to start!!

So like the tittle of this post says I am looking for a low-rate server (x5 - x10) that is in beta or about to start (if it's already started it's ok too, but no more then 2 - 3 days).
I know that there are many demands but i hope i could find my perfect server Hope you guys help!
