[Help] L2Belden Server

Hello to every one, good work for the site (SMF & Custom Design).
I am newbie here, so i has created a lot of servers but they failed, and i have learned well Developing and Programming and some more....Now i have put my server with Rules and with reading Guide but does not work, i have waited 3 days, but it does not work in order to add me in the list of topzone, please check my account and accept the server, so thanks.
