Cant Vote! why?

when try to vote not add votes and nothing! Only can see Index Page from Topzone.

Where is the problem? Can Fix IT?!!!

I try Internet Explorer and Firefox and not work... for me and all ppl on server cant vote

I have posted just before this post..., and no have response. I say too here. I have voted more than 10 times from two differents networks. One Ip fix and the other from Ip dynamic, each 12 h, only one time i have seen the captcha, it is the same thing for many other players. The vote system is not woking fine, please revise it.
