Well, don't expect anything for free... You must do it by yourself! And by the way, i have seen many posts asking for a site. This is your 3rd. Don't do it again, unless you want to be DEreputated!

You should choose a server with high or "unlimited" traffic, you will need it if you later have many players...
But before you do any move, search at google, about the site, you can find many templates and edit them.

[EDIT: I didn't noticed you already bought a server, but this might help you if you ever need to change server, choose high traffic or unlimited.]
