This whole system is integrated in Frozen right?
I can't really understand the use of this link http://l2topzone.com/api.php?API_KEY=****&SERVER_ID=****&IP=REPLACE_WITH_IP_TO_CHECK
Should we use this link under the vote banner in our site or what?
Also its not explained what must be done with this part REPLACE_WITH_IP_TO_CHECK.
Not to mention that there is no explanation at all for configurations of the server in order to activate this system in-game.
Server owners will need wiki for setup and config of the server. I didn't found any config files or addon with .getreward in voice command handler.
Some help please.

Let me explain basic how this system works.
Let say you have player named X and this player want to vote for your server and get reward, is going in your website click on l2topzone.com vote banner and complete the vote, then is going in the game and write .getreward... in that moment your server will ask this link (http://l2topzone.com/api.php?API_KEY=****&SERVER_ID=****&IP=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) if user X with IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx have vote in l2topzone.com, if that link return TRUE this mean your player X have made an correct vote in l2topzone.com website and is eligible to get reward.

If you have java knowledge, you must implement this script in your server files https://github.com/UnAfraid/VotingReward to make that vote reward work with your files.

You have there a VoteReward.xml. You fill the info like, for example

ApiKey = 62315e76c8c7895a050a3e9d9f7b7f34
ServerId = 11793

From newbie point of view, the old "basic" version was way more clear than it is now.
Even I was confused at first glance after the rework.
