what is the name of your server ?
have your server get aprove in Toplist ? here is what you need  do https://l2topzone.com/forum/rulles-website-and-forum/4/-adding-a-server-rules/4/ if everything is ok and your server get approve  when your players/users click/press in L2Topzone banner   they vote...best regards
