Website IP doesn't match game IP

I want to vote for Elmorelab, but the IP shown here doesn't match the IP I have in game. I'm not using any VPN and added the right IP on my profile but it doesn't changes. Please, what can I do?

In our end your vote was registered correctly, this mean in your server side something is wrong. Contact your server administrator for support.

Hello, thank you for your reply. Yes, I didn't myself clear, the vote is correctly registered. The fact is that I'm not getting the server's reward for the vote because of the IPs missmatch. I vote the server on H****e and there's no problem with the IPs there.

You can't compare us with that top site because they don't have any filter for proxy/VPN votes. On that website you can cheat as much you can
