Bow Hit Delay

Someone can help me plz? i got sever and at bows.i hit 1 time and if i move and hit again i dont hit.more exactly 0 dmg
I think is about hit delay.[red bar]someone can help me ?

it has nothing to do with the skills. it's a code. try to find out if there is any config about this thing otherwise tell us what pack do you have and if it's compiled or pre-compiled...
