1)About your os. You got a dedicated server and you asked for windows 7 or it's your home computer? btw centos 6 is much better!
2)L2jfrozen has proved that it is a fail project. btw if you want a mid rate server it's better to take aCis. L2jfrozen has too much customs!!

4)dualbox 1 for each ip. If i want to play from an internet cafe with my friends what am gonna do?
5)because you don't make it clear. official servers has in each town a different gatekeeper from where you are able to teleport on specific areas. There are neither catacombs nor necropolis or interlude ares on them.
6)about the events and the special systems. In my opinion you got too much for a mid rate server but it's your server so it's up to you..
7)You got really good vote rewards. But if you want let me know after how much votes you get your prize.
8)what about the quests? Have you fixed them beacuse i know that l2jfrozen's quest sucks.
9)Good site but you get to many pop up windows.
