If you have personal problem with that server (you get ban in that server or other things like that ) here you will not find the solution to your problem. That server have 488 votes have bean removed 127 invalid votes . If you make a easy calculation you will get this result
488 vote / 7 days = 69.71 (vote/day) and  69 votes/ 2 (vote each 12 hours) you have like 34 -35 users online that vote every 12 hours.
So please stop spamming your problems with the server here.
