Looking for a dev G3 or c6 Client

Hello dudes I need one developer to create a custom G3 or c6 server with new armors new weps accessories jewels and so on. I will need the dev to be:
-Experienced in l2 developing
-To be able to work at any time (wen he is free ofc)
-To be dedicated to the server and the team
-And to be able to use English like from a scale from 1-10, he will need like a 5
-There will be payments in time

1st you have server dedicate or homemade pc and website ? 2nd my brother he is very good developer he is LordofDarkNess if u know him he can make interlude pvp server but with out custom items with + 300 players online, if u are interseting add me skype : Pwnerx1

As I said payment comes in time after the game has started aka the server comes up after some time all of the staff will get payments as well as some stuff "Only if the server keeps up with the other servers and the Staff is loyal as well as active !!!"
