I searched lot of servers, most of the ones posted in l2topzone. But all of them are "Vote2Win".
I mean, come on! you can't even farm on game. You log in, and you see 9999999 characters afk waiting for Vote Reward, to buy "boss jewells, Apella armor, etc" in the Vote Shop (and most of them, except boss jewells, there is no way to get em apart from vote).
So, i am looking for a High Rate Interlude with these things in GMshop instead of Vote Shop. I don't care about farming killing monsters but i really hate the Vote systems nowadays.

And please, avoid the servers (wait for raids to equip). Everything in GMshop please by farm.
