Here are 2 Interlude servers I think are good. They are both in Beta.
l2blizzard.com is 30x, 24+4 buffs, no 3rd class buffs, starts Saturday 6/2/12.
l2angel.serveris.in is 75x, full buff. do not know start date. But you can play in beta if you want. Good Luck.
