for get augment you need to farm like official server exp for take those ls and you will need over 1k ls for 1 ,2 skills max!
so fail!

and normal 55%
blessed 60%?
in those rates will be normal encnchant rate 70-75% and blessed 80-85%
it's not x1-x20 server..
