Farming Areas/Custom Armors and Weapons - Wich ones you prefer?

Hello guys, im just curious about this since i've been playing L2 for years and there's a whole map to explore and with tons of features to implement. So i wanna know your opinions?

most people have same farming spots. i mean i play l2  11 years.
and i never saw devils isle farming spot.
probably some quest or something like that not sure. but still.
there are probably not many options.
if i could pick any place from l2 map. i would say Toi 12 / antharas lair.

as for weaps/armors .  most of them are overused xD so something new would be nice.

pvp zone baium lair  with custom flag and system kill 100 player up 1% all your stats 1000 kill  10 % new day wipe stats
solo farm toi 1-2-3-4-5 party  6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13 max 2 pt in flor can port
custom vote enchant tatto = buy tatto with vote but can enchnat him to +1 = 1% stats
custom mask drop custom boss 12 h with 60%  baium.......anthras lair with 4 spawn !boss up max 10 min can port need kill all clans to start kill boss alive other clans no dmg on baium
