    Capture the Flag - Freya - Last Rev

    Freatures:

    - Possibility to turn if ON/OFF into l2jmods.properties
    - Time interval configurable into l2jmods.properties
    - Red and blue glow for teams like during a party duel
    - Commands
    - Admin Commands
