### Well i got this guide from forum.ragezone.com. I havent checked the code(i havent edited anything),and i dont know if the client supports this. Also its too old. But if it helps you then use it!!!###

(netsfl2jgameservermodelexperience.java is unused, it has absolutely nothing with the levels nor the xp bar)
I did not add the level 100 because it shows level 0 in the main level info window (cp/hp/mp/xp bar window).
