LF Custom skill item serve ( hi5, freya, G3 )

Like my title, i wanna lf a serve with custom skill and item.. etc but with high rate and easy to up item. Not like l2pride or wargate nor canyon. It took so much time to up a good gear to pvp.
If anyone know any serve , pls link me.
