Go to navicat and delete your old localhost and make a new one. Create manual l2jdb and run again the installer for database. hope it works.gl

the error is your ip cauz you set ip to localhost and you need to put your ip..
anyways check this guide and you will not have any problem!
(btw when you create your db on navicat if you set password you have to put the password on your files and don't let it empty as you saw on the photos.
