    L2 Gameserver Panel ERROR!!! PLEAZE HELP!

     >:( I seted up an updated lineage 2 HIGH FIVE server, and i have the following error:
    I use ip 127.0.0.1 for local network, and i create account nicelly. Next i tick server name (Bartz) and while server is light, pink is 9999   :-X .
    Sometimes, i got and the following messege:
    You have been disconected from the server.

    Where is my problem? (This is my gameserver configs):
    1)CommunityServer: (I have error with the port.)

    Maybe a firewall problem if you use windows! Else, there might be a problem with the internal IP address. Normally, it should be 192.168... and not 127.0.0.1

      I use windows vista x32 bit home (for now... i want to complete server on my pc to put it on a company.)
      my starting ip is : 192.168.1.254 but what do i have to change to make it work? I loggin to the server (creating account) and while i confirm the server name to get to character panel, it happens nothing...

          If i have the one error after the other what am i supposed to do?  LOL  :-\
