Problem with server

Hi ppl
A friend of mine has a problem with his server u see when he logs in and when he goes to server selction screen and hits ok or enter nothing happens why?
Btw: ports are opend to firewall and router and no error pop up at server start, also he tryed to disable firewall and then login but nothing changed.

Ip change. Stop gameserver an loginserver till 0 and start again. Look in loginserver, when all starts that public ip is the correct.
