Greetings Topzoners!

We wanna open A brand new server, a server that Breaks the shackles of gameplay.
We managed to write down a lot of idea's. We wanna write down a quite few more idea's in our concept, so any idea's are welcome.
Believe me our idea's are not the most seen idea's in lineage 2 private servers.
To give you some idea's: we wanna make some own solo quests, group quests. creating a system
where players wanna pick other classes then just the most choosen classes, like daggers etc, we wanna add
a special balance system, rewarding crafting, and much much more things are on our list! 
So.. we need some developers to change everything and make it work.
 We appreciate any help.
 
 
The server rates will definitely be low (like 15x)

When we reach a few hundred people online,
A Hosting company, will host the server, for the best performance.
