Get IPs from voters

Hi, i'm making a reward system and i was wondering if is it possible to get the IP's from every voter that votes my server in l2topzone. I also would like to know if this is a common thing on others "lineage tops".

I Look On L2jProject's And I See the Same Vote Reward!
E.g  :
Server Name : L2DownUnder
Vote Reward System On : L2TopZone List!
Announce : L2DownUnder Have 20 Votes.
Announce : Next Reward On 40 Votes!!
When The Server Goes to 40 Vote All The Online Players Rewarded !
