La2Giants. Status: offline.

Hello,

My server was added to topzone rating recently but on the site I see that status is offline.
Server has been online from the moment of opening. I checked port 2106 and 7777 from different places on the web and they are open. Can admin help in that situation? What I'm doing wrong?

The problem is that OVH network block our connection, please ask your network admin add in white list our ip/domain
