Status : Server deactivated

Hello!
i have add my server few days ago! and im still waiting for aprovall....
but i see this in my Home page.
SERVER NAME : l2demension   2013-08-14 21:25:22   
Status : Server deactivated
Can Admin tell me what to do??? If i have do something wrong please tell me to change it ! thanks
