Trouble in My Home, No Server!!!!!!!!!

hi my server administrator seems to unsubscribe from my home, now that ago? because my ip does not change, L2-Comodoro
There is nothing in my home, like my server disappeared and my server was in test mode it had put back on Monday 17/oct/2011 ... and now fixed and not me, and I try to register it again and tell me the name and ip is already in use ... I can explain?
