Cant vote in Topzone Help!

Hi i have problem . When I vote in topzone for L2 world serwer my browser teleport me to index of web .... I try with mozila 4 , IE , opera ... I have Vista ... what is problem ? Help !

I don't even know how to vote... I can't see anywhere "vote" or something...

i do not know but smth happened to vote system maybe couse i can vote 1 time in 2-3 days from my pc

Me and other palyers of my server can not vote to, admin said somethink of explorer must have cache enabled

there is nothing wrong with..just update ur browser plugins and everything just fine... i had this problem too

I got the same problem i used chrome, IE, mozila and 2 diferent pc with win7 and ubuntu and still nothing is goes on l2topzone.come/vote.php?id=1688 then redirect to index page

Same problem here , when i started playing my server the voting had the 'code verification' , had this problem back then too , couldnt vote , then ur verification changed to that image 'spining/sliding' thing , voting worked then , now again it aint working , using Chrome/Mozilla , wireless mobile internet connection.
UPDATE: So randomly tried voting on the topzone link from my servers webpage again and this time it worked , dunno what caused the problems in the first place though :\
