VOTES ARE NOT WORKING

I try to vote for my server and it is not taking the vote., since yesterday the vote is the same and more than 12 hours passed. Then I tried to vote for another server and the same thing happened. What is wrong?

Voting system is working fine, you have abuse vote from a single ip and that couse your ip restriction. Wait 48 hours and vote again your vote will be regitered.

I only vote ounce every 12 hours how can I be abusing the votes? lol

From this ip 108.5.143.* are more that 10 try in latest 2 days that mean abuse of vote.
