At L2TopZone, we strive to provide a fair and transparent purchasing experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for Topzone Coins (TZC) purchased through our platform.

1. Topzone Coins (TZC)

1.1 What Are TZC?

TZC (Topzone Coins) is the virtual currency used on L2TopZone to purchase premium services, including:

Premium server listings
Banner advertisements
Text advertisements
Additional server world slots

1.2 How Are TZC Purchased?

TZC can be purchased using a credit or debit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are processed in EUR (€).

2. General Refund Policy

All TZC purchases are generally non-refundable. Once TZC are credited to your account, they hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged back for cash.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

TZC is a virtual currency with no value outside L2TopZone
TZC cannot be transferred to other users
Unused TZC balances are not eligible for refunds
TZC does not expire as long as your account remains active

3. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Issued

We may issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) in full.

3.2 Service Unavailability

If L2TopZone experiences a major outage lasting more than 7 consecutive days and you are unable to use your purchased premium services during that period, you may request a partial or full refund.

3.3 Platform Malfunction

If a demonstrable platform malfunction prevents your purchased TZC from being credited to your account or your premium services from being activated, we will either:

Credit the correct amount of TZC to your account, or
Issue a full refund of the affected transaction

3.4 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchasing TZC
Partial use of premium services (no pro-rata refunds for unused days)
Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
Server delisting due to policy violations
Dissatisfaction with the platform's ranking or voting results
Failure to use TZC before voluntarily closing your account

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

Submit your request within 7 days of the original purchase date

Include the following information:
- Your L2TopZone username or registered email address
- The date and amount of the transaction
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of duplicate charges)

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Any TZC or premium services associated with the refunded transaction will be removed from your account

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us:

Your L2TopZone account may be immediately suspended
You may be permanently banned from the platform
We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide transaction evidence

We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of L2TopZone after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
