The Old School L2 Interlude low rate

I am lookinf for a low rate[x1 - x7] Interlude server. The old school one where every character has it's role in game, with  no custom, no mana potions, no npc buff, retail . Nowadays, all i see is x1000 ++ pvp with all crazy sh1ts and titanium armor/weapons... wtf ?!?
If someone knows a low rate interlude server that it's not opened for long time ( because i don't want to start in a server in wich all people has A-S grades) or it will be opened soon , please write to me. Thank you !
