First of all we open Eclipse
add your source folders gameserver and datapack in your C:/workspace
press left click like next photo and select option "Import"
open folder "General" and select "Existing Projects into Workspace"
next select root" directory and click "browse"
next click on folder "workspace" and select or game server or datapack in the same method you can import and gs and dp
