Rates:
currently there are dynamic rates, that varry for individual character, depending on her level, online time etc (rates ~60x to around 3x for level 85 chars), as for exp, drop.
This feature helps new players to quickly join global events, but at the same time - it will prevent from reaching "end game" too fast.

Other depends on you! You can help us choose best rates (forum)

enchanting system:
safe ench. is +3 for weapons/items, +4 for full body
above that, chances starting at ~50%
with each successfull enchant up, chance drops by 3% (so +4 chance is ~50%, +5 is ~47%, +6 ~44% and so on)
experienced war smiths will be able, to boost chance of success by 5-15%





Dual/multi Boxing :


Server allows logging in as many accounts as you wish, but:
Server will not allow you leaving peace zone with more than ONE character at the same time (if you leave peace zone with 2nd char, char will be frozen for 30s - for you to log off. If, when 30s passes, char is not logged out, she will be automatically teleported to nearest town)
Same for oly, events and so on (server won't allow participation for more than one char at a time)

Web, forum: PhenomII X4, 6GB DDR3, Sata2, 100/100Mbps async connection.
