Server Add Fail.. Please Help

Hello Admin's and member's of l2Topzone i have problem ..
I add my server like it's supose to be but now i see that i have some Problem and i don't know what to do... I have some text with red :
List StatusOFF
Site is deactivated !

please Help me or explain where im rong ! :/
PS : Sorr for my bad English.
BTW I want to donate too ...
