l2jteon, l2jbrazil, l2jinfinity epic fail!! the probably got l2j and they may add more bugs/skill problems/quest problems.

I also recomend l2j as a free project but i think it's better to pay on a good project.
If you are interested to pay(it's not huge amount) i have to warn you about russian projects. In my opinion..

If you find any bug they can fast fix it
