more changes:

-Vesper Armor price reduced
-Cemetery Party mobs (Horror Knights, Titanium Dread Knights, etc)  amount of mats for each party member boosted
-Icarus Weapons price -20% and are now available to buy +13 instead of +11
-Moved skill Shield Fortress to passives.
-Fixed buff Chant of Awakening. Now it properly gives the attack speed bonus
-Giant Undead Evil Fish respawn 30 minute > 10 minutes.
-Kamaloka PvP Requirement to 50 > 20
-DVC PvP Requirement 100 > 50

General Fixes

-Soul of Paagrio is now usable as a stackable clan buff that increases 50% base M.Atk and 30% M.Def.
-Increased Soul Guard skill Power Defense bonus by 10% and made it enchantable.
-Fixed Chant of Movement stats. Now increase 15 run speed and 4 evasion.
-Decreased Summon Reanimated Man/Summon Corrupted Man cast time and cooldown by 35%.
-Kamaloka now requires 10 pvp from support classes(Other classses still need 20).
-Removed newly created character 24h trade restriction.
-Squash will no longer spawn at the first stage of kamaloka but after you kill the final boss. The spawn will also be inside the bosses chamber.
-Changed prices for all Superior/Legendary Accessories. No more unreal prices.   
-Reduced Clan Crystals Festival Adena requirement to 5 from 15.   
-Changed CTF running time to 12 minutes instead of 15.   
-Cleared some maps that tend to make people dissappear into the void.   
-S grade starting items are now set to 12 when they fail, instead of 10.   
-Decreased lucky enchant bonus via shop for Titanium/Vesper items. Now its up to +4 for Vesper and +3 for Titanium.
